JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
|
|
Marathon TS is looking for a Senior-level Web Developer to support web application front-end and back-end development for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Emergency Management (OEM). The ideal candidate would be someone who can work in an agile development work environment where the work is done collaboratively and where portions of functionality are delivered in iterations. The candidate must be adaptable to rapid change and needs to be a team player. They must be able to provide sound solutions, while also being open to accepting other viable solutions; working together with OEM staff to provide the BEST solution for their program. Experience working in a fast-paced, operations- or mission-centered environment is preferred.

|
JOB SKILLS:
|
1. B.S. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
2. Web back-end development with 5+ years experience with ASP.NET using C#/VB.NET.
3. 5+ years experience with Web UI front-end development using JavaScript, JQuery, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, XML, XSLT, and XQuery.
4. Experience developing software for mobile devices (iOS and/or Android).
5. 5+ years experience with SQL Server to include: T-SQL, database normalization, stored procedures and functions.
6. Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and third-party reporting tools.
7. Experience with MVVM and MVC project design patterns.
8. Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation server to include storyboarding, versioning, project branching and creating deployment scripts.
9. Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions.
